ABSTRACT Single coronary artery is a rare congenital anomaly of the coronary arteries and may be associated with sudden cardiac death. We report a case of single coronary artery associated with multivessel atherosclerotic coronary disease that was successfully treated with percutaneous coronary interventions with drug-eluting stents.
